   CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN
 
ISSUE OF CERTIFICATES OF ORIGIN (NON-PREFERENTIAL)
Cotton Association of India (CAI) is enlisted by the Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), New Delhi in Appendix 4 – C of the Hand Book of Procedure (HBP) and it is authorized to issue Certificates of Origin (Non-Preferential).

CAI will commence issuing Certificates of Origin (Non-Preferential) from 20th November 2008. The purpose of commencing this is to serve all the stakeholders in the cotton value chain better and more effectively.
